We successfully managed two major projects in Qatar: Barahat Al Janoub, a government initiative led by the Accor Group to accommodate World Cup guests, where we handled the technical aspects of a high-value tender, and Chedi Katara Hotel, Qatar's most luxurious hotel, where we managed staffing and logistics, including HR and payroll services for over 20 employees.

Additionally, we spearheaded a digital transformation by revamping the website and social media platforms, and developed a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance their online presence.
